Art UK publishes memorial sculpture - designed by Edge's Managing Director, Mark O'Neill

Art UK, a charity devoted to publishing public art UK wide, has featured a memorial sculpture designed by Edge’s Managing Director, Mark O’Neill.

Edge is both moved and inspired by this work and very proud of Mark.

This beautiful sculpture, installed in 2004 and located in Rayleigh, Essex, commemorates victims of persecution.

“The stone plinth represents a solid foundation upon which society rests. The three-finish concrete slab reflects the ability of man to repair what has been damaged, but also reminds us that we can destroy a perfect finish. The three steel posts in alternate finishes represent the technological progress of man and reflect the diverse and varied state of development throughout the world”.
