In memory of our much-loved former MD, Sarah Myland, our studio took a day out on Friday July 5th.

This was our second 'MY DAY', and we decided to start the day at Kew Gardens, where we had a tour of the beautiful surrounds armed with ice lollies and good humour! We explored the gardens and were lucky enough to visit while Dale Chihuly’s ‘Summer of Glass’ exhibition was on.

Having gathered inspiration from the many varieties of plants and flowers seen at Kew, we headed back to the Edge studio where Jar and Fern were ready and waiting for us to do a terrarium workshop. Selecting plants, moss, soil and decorative rocks we created terrariums to take away as well as some larger terrariums to decorate the studio and keep Sarah’s legacy alive.

There was time to raise a glass to Sarah - champagne of course! Here's to more future 'MY DAY's'.
