Kilburn & Strode had a clear goal in mind with the fit-out of its new 20,451 sq ft office in Holborn: it wanted the workspace to reflect the cool end of corporate culture and set it apart from its competitors.

The design allows for a varied choice of supporting areas for work activities, including a number of sound-proof study booths, which people can use to work in private. Perhaps the most striking feature is the large, central hub area, accessed via a ‘sky bridge’ as you enter the floor. The space is used for a range of internal and external events, from client parties to book launches”.
