OVERVIEW
Building ‘selection criteria’ has changed for tenants with an increased requirement of looking ‘less corporate, more flexibility’. The Landlord needed to hit the sweet spot and ensure ‘flexible’ communicates the right message to everyone.
‘Accentuate’ was the DNA Tonik Edge brought to life by working with the buildings’ core key attributes, pushing them to their maximum impact. From a small reception area ergonomically master-minded to provide a WOW effect, to reconfigured floorplates with exposed soffits and maximum daylight penetration, the space was re-reenergised and made current.
An adaptable canvas, designed to enhance the building and business benefits, and crucially, to appeal to different types of tenants ranging from corporate to media-based occupiers.
The specification was developed to attract young and vibrant companies who are looking to create a working environment that attracts and retains talent.
