Racheal Cadey
Executive Director/Founder
Racheal is a ‘toiler at the coal face’ when necessary. She engages with clients at the inception of projects and directs Tonik Edge’s design strategy, ensuring that client business principles and positioning are understood and adhered to at all times. Her driving focus is the creation of 100% effective, outstanding design and a clear return on investment for clients.
Racheal has extensive board-level experience in management of architecture and design and is both hands-on and very much an all-rounder in the day-to-day running of the company, bringing a wide frame of industry reference, a highly logical mindset and a team-player mentality to Tonik Edge’s work and approach. She has built up in excess of 25 years’ experience in workplace design and is an officer on the Board of Management of the British Council for Offices.
As a lifetime lover of and participant in sport, she works on the principle that the sum is always much greater than the parts and likes to be ‘in the thick of it’ at every stage of a project.
