Although retired, Ian remains a key member of the team, acting within a consultancy role, as a highly experienced architect. There is little he doesn’t know about the design and procurement of new-build, refurbishment and fit-out projects across every type of building sector and he is unofficially regarded by the Tonik Edge team as ‘the fount of all knowledge’.
Ian maintains an overview of the practical execution of Edge projects, with an emphasis on quality, technical compliance, co-ordination and delivery. He is a hands-on team-player and a great contributor to the creative stages of projects; very much the professionals’ professional, whose specialist expertise also encompasses the complexities of planning applications, listed buildings and conservation area work. Ian ensures a huge attention to detail and total commitment to clarity at all stages of our projects.
