OVERVIEW

Following a competitive pitch process, we were appointed as workplace consultants to Sir Stuart Lipton and Lipton Rogers Developments, to assist with the development of the tenant experience of Twentytwo Bishopsgate.

Positioned as ‘a diverse business community at the heart of the City of London. A place with office and social spaces that bring out the best in people’, Edge devised test-fit plans for a range of prospective tenant typologies, along with development of the visitor and tenant experience for all amenity spaces within the five transfer floors throughout the building, thereby ensuring

that all spaces align with the overall proposition for the development.

From a multi outlet food market, through to a holistic well-being space, and a unique climbing wall that will allow visitors to scale the curtain walling at Level 25, each experience was devised to inspire and engage the 12,000 occupants of this vertical village.

As part of a creative consortium, we are delivering the best end-user experience, which is attracting top tenants.
