OVERVIEW
Southwood Park was a successful estate but lacked visibility in the local market. On acquisition of this Farnborough office and hi-tech Business Park we developed the USP of ‘20% more office space’ for both buildings and collateral. ‘More office space’ resulted in out-performance, reduced voids and increased income for the investor. Generation Edge’s relationship with CIAM started in early 2010 with the provision of both architectural consultancy services and a range of competitive marketing collateral across a £135m portfolio.
Working on SWIP's Active Industrial Portfolio, we helped to maximise warehouse and office space efficiencies and assisted in taking the product to market via multi-channel marketing campaigns.
